Returns are accepted with no special requirements. Used or unused is fine.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds can be made to the original payment method.

Orders ship from Sweden within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
EU & UK: 3-5 days
US: up to 5-8 days
Rest of world: up to 10 days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €50 for Europe. Multiple shipping options available.
All orders ship as one package with tracking. We use mainly UPS or, to some destinations, Postal Service.
Customs and duties are included within the EU and for US customers. For the rest of the world, any duties or taxes are paid by the customer upon import. Please check with your local Customs Office.

HOW iT'S MADE
The Splash Pack is made in Sweden. Materials are sourced from Switzerland, then shaped by specialist manufacturers across the country. Brackets and straps are injection moulded, blades are printed and die cut. All assembled in Gothenburg.
Production runs on 100% renewable energy. Waste is reground and reused. Packaging is recycled paper, no plastic. The flat, dense design keeps shipping efficient.
Every batch is inspected by us before it leaves.
