Shipping methods
We ship with UPS. Depending on your destination and order value, different UPS service levels may be available at checkout.
Delivery times (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
They are counted from the day your order leaves our warehouse.

Customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions, or peak periods may cause delays beyond these estimates.
Tracking
All UPS shipments include tracking. You will receive scan updates as your order moves through the network.
Choosing a non-tracked shipping option does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For orders shipped outside the EU:

Shipping to the United States:
Orders to the US are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means all import duties and customs fees are included in your order — there are no additional charges on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.
We declare all shipments accurately in accordance with international shipping regulations.
Delays, lost or damaged shipments
If your order appears delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help investigate and resolve the issue.
