1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers with Paraply AB, org. no. 556892-2289, a company registered at Sockerbruket 9, 41451 Gothenburg, Sweden, operating the Bumbinos brand (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) via our website.
1.2. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one available on the website at the time the order is placed.
1.4. The contract language is English.
2. Prices and delivery charges
2.1. Prices shown on the website are valid at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.
2.2. All prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately during checkout.
2.3. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors.
3. Ordering
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3.2. Each order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order.
3.3. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3.4. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment received using the original payment method.
4. Delivery
4.1. We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated on the website.
4.2. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur. If delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before returning the goods. Returns must not be sent without prior contact and return instructions from us.
5.3. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The goods must be returned in reasonable condition.
5.4. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5.5. Statutory exceptions and conditions for the right of withdrawal apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
5.6. In the event of withdrawal without fault on our part, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.

7. Retention of title
7.1. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8.1. We strive to present products accurately, including descriptions and images. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
8.2. If a product materially differs from its description, you are entitled to return it in accordance with our return policy.
9. Warranty and defects

9.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or external impact.
